Your new role

• Team Management: Supervise and mentor operational staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated. Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members. Address employee performance issues and coordinate disciplinary actions if necessary.
• Production Planning: To ensure timely delivery of goods to customers according to schedule. Work closely with purchasing team and warehouse team for stock availability and planning of raw materials.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement process changes and work closely with the Operations Manager to optimize workflows. Monitor operational KPIs and report on performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Safety: Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations to maintain safety standards consistently. Keep up to date to with industry regulations and standard
• Arrange manpower effectively to support operations functions. Ensure the Cost Reduction and Waste reduction for overall productions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO procedures and address any customer complaints related to warehouse and transportation issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Direct experience in the precast industry
• Leadership experience & has managed operations
• Willing to work in Northern Selangor
