A leading global company is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement (CI) Project Manager to join our Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Centre (SSC). This role is pivotal in implementing global projects and transforming manual processes into streamlined SSC operations. As a sole contributor, you will manage projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with HR and Finance function managers locally and teams around the world.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience: 7–10 years in project management, preferably within Shared Services, focusing on HR and Finance functions.
Continuous Improvement: Solid experience with Lean Six Sigma (minimum Yellow Belt, Green Belt training available).
Methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies and hybrid frameworks.
Project Management: Strong skills in managing and implementing projects, with 70% of your time dedicated to project management and implementation, and 30% to continuous improvement.
