Your new role
- Guiding and mentoring the team responsible for coordinating Finance and Asset Management processes.
- Rolling out globally standardised business processes in Finance and addressing specific legal or business needs.
- Participating in global projects and driving continuous process improvements in collaboration with the Global Process Coordination team and regional stakeholders.
- Leading and coordinating the implementation of standard processes across all regional companies.
- Supporting the global implementation of S/HANA for Finance and Asset Management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Expertise in the SAP FI module and asset management, including knowledge of SAP customisation.
- 8 to 14 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment, with at least 5 years of team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of process analysis, process management, and governance.
- Experience in international projects and intercultural cooperation.
