Your new role

• Driving strategies across respective business functions to optimise efficiency and revenue growth.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities to foster company expansion and meet organisational goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients, ensuring alignment with cultural and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, focusing on revenue generation and meeting sales expectations.
• Represent the company at meetings with clients, driving business visibility and relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

• Commercial background within the food industry, with proven experience in driving new business initiatives and managing client engagements.
• Flexibility to travel to manage operations, engage with stakeholders, and explore growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in spoken Chinese is essential to fit into the organisational culture.
