Your new role

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the health and wellness industry. As a Sales Manager, they will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic sales plans.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the executive team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry focusing on consumer health (nutrition/supplements)
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
• Passion for health, wellness, and supplements.
