Your New Company: -
My client is a global technology company operating in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Your New Role: -
  • L2 incident management in the IT security area, enables and supports escalation path to L3.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve authentication or certificate management-related topics.
  • Support release activities together with the stakeholders.
  • Close collaboration with Service Desk to maintain and improve processes.
  • Continuously maintain digital workplace knowledge base for IT staff and end users.
  • Actively participate in projects where L2 insights are needed, suggest, and implement small-scale automations to improve service.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed: -
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services & Certificate Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Authorities.
  • Strong knowledge of Certificate Management with externally validated CA like VeriSign.
  • Good knowledge of LAPS and PowerShell scripting.
