They are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee the full cycle procurement process for the Direct Materials category.

Your new role

In this role, you will be fully responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of raw materials, particularly food ingredients. The position requires you to plan and execute procurement strategies in line with internal procedures, evaluate market trends and supplier performance, and manage budgets efficiently. You will also ensure goods meet quality, specification and safety requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Qualification – Degree/ Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• Must have working experience in the F&B industry - specifically in handling raw materials/food ingredients.
• Hands-on procurement experience: Sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, supply/demand assessment, supplier selection, and risk management.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management systems.
