Your new company was established half a decade ago with a global presence of more than 40 countries worldwide. The IT Audit Specialist is a newly created role within the business, and they are looking for a junior experienced IT Auditor to join them. The office is based in the Klang Valley region.

Your new role

• Assist in planning and conducting IT audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies.

• Perform risk assessments and identify areas of potential vulnerability.

• Document audit findings and prepare reports for management review.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand processes and systems.

• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

• Perform ad-hoc audit assignments, as of when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 3 years of IT Auditing, IT Security or related roles

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Familiarity with audit software and tools is a plus.
