Your new role
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and execute promotional campaigns and trade programs.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure successful execution of trade marketing programs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing or branding, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
