My client is a battery manufacturer that operates within the energy and technology sector, supporting manufacturing and development activities aligned with power solutions. They are currently looking for an aggressive Production Manager to join their team in Johor

Your new role

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible to lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in managing production lines within a high-tech or chemical-based manufacturing environment.

What you'll need to succeed

- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 5–10 years’ experience in production management, preferably in battery, chemical, or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of lean tools and production systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-mix environment.
