Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Java (Java 8+) and object-oriented programming concepts, with experience in Spring Boot considered advantageous.
Basic understanding of secure coding practices, including OWASP and PCI standards, with a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
Strong knowledge of database design and SQL (MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL, etc.).
Familiarity with modern API technologies (RESTful, JSON) and foundational front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Self-motivated with a commitment to learning and contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Japanese language proficiency (N1/N2 level)
