Your new company has been a logistics market leader in providing strategic freight transportation arrangements and comprehensive logistics services to their extensive clientele across various industries. They are growing rapidly to further expand their logistics facilities and services to better accommodate the growing business while establishing their brand in the Malaysian logistics market.

You will frontline the business by closely engaging with air freight customers and fostering the business relationship by providing real-time updates on shipments and providing seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound air freight shipments’ documentation whilst closely working with internal and external stakeholders to thoroughly align to meet your customers’ required shipment delivery dates.
