As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary contact for channel partners, helping them navigate processes, access resources, and maximise their potential.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing partner relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently
Monitoring and improving partner performance, providing insightful feedback and recommendations
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure partners have access to the necessary resources
Supporting marketing activities, including events, campaigns, and training sessions
Maintaining detailed records of partner interactions and enablement efforts
Driving engagement by stimulating attendance at events and webinars
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
2–3 years’ experience in a customer success or support role, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in partner enablement or channel support
Project management skills
Familiarity with deal registration processes and partner programs
Knowledge of cloud security and enterprise solutions
