Leading manufacturer seeking to enhance production processes with the right use of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Your new role

  • Design, implement, and monitor machine learning models using RapidMiner to ensure casting predictions meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Conduct exploratory and sensor data analysis with RapidMiner to uncover trends, detect anomalies, and generate AI-driven insights for optimising casting performance.
  • Work closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into the manufacturing workflow.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models in manufacturing, preferably with RapidMiner, and strong skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Skilled in analysing sensor and IoT data, with proficiency in visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with teams and conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with aluminium manufacturing or similar industries, statistical modelling techniques, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
