Your new role

• Focus on creating User-Centric Web Development: Build responsive and mobile-optimized digital banking applications for both internal staff and external customers, focusing on delivering a seamless user experience.

• Work closely with cross-functional squads and Product Owners in an agile environment to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions.

• Embrace and promote best practices in UI/UX design, software architecture, DevOps, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.

• Contribute to the technical direction of the team, solve complex real-world problems creatively, and stay updated with the latest technologies.

• Take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing support—while managing risks and adapting to changing priorities.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years in software engineering
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+)
• Skilled in modern frameworks: ReactJS or Angular
• Strong grasp of responsive UI design, HTML5, and CSS
• Hands-on with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Microsoft ADO, Artifactory, Vx
• Experience with mobile hybrid apps, WebView, and JavaScript bridges
