Your new role

• SAP Concur Configuration & Support: Handle the configuration of SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and International Procurement departments to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Vendor & Internal Group Management: Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-aligned project execution.
• Data Extraction & Reporting: Create and implement queries to extract meaningful data and generate actionable reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Training & Adoption: Conduct user training and support change management initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP Concur updates and recommend enhancements.
• AI Tool Adoption: Understand and support the integration of AI tools for expenses, travel and invoices.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the configuration and troubleshooting of SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous experience in providing support or liaising across Global or Regional environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with travel policies, business claims, and internal audit processes.
