Your new role
As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Senior Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing key relationships with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying potential partners, building trust-based connections, and using digital tools to enhance engagement. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure consistent, high-quality outreach.
What you'll need to succeed
A diploma or degree in a relevant discipline
2–5 years of experience in sales, client engagement, or marketing—preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries
A proven ability to connect with medical professionals, including specialists and opinion leaders
Familiarity with digital communication and CRM tools
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent planning and time management skills
