• Strategic Sourcing: Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as marketing, HR, and facilities.
• Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Contract Management: Negotiating and managing contracts, including renewals, dispute resolution, and compliance.
• Cost Optimisation: Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the procurement process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
• Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating risks associated with the procurement of goods and services.
• Performance Monitoring: Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Preferably have working experience in the Pharmaceuticals/FMCG industry.

• Hands-on procurement experience: Sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, supply/demand assessment, supplier selection, and risk management.

• Experience in corresponding with regional stakeholders.
