Your new company

This well-known global SSC requires a strategic Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its dynamic business. This company is known for their innovation and sustainability efforts in agriculture, transportation and construction. Due to market growth, a proactive and independent C&B Manager is needed to spearhead C&B strategy and operations.

Your new role

This role will be an Individual Contributor, reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits. You will be responsible for countries across the APAC region, including China, HK, Taiwan and ANZ. You will be expected to deliver the full cycle of salary review management, C&B policy review, salary benchmarking and advisory support.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing)
• Minimum 6 years in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards
• Strong track record of C&B strategy
• HR Consulting/SSC experience preferred
