Your new role
In this role you’ll be looking over the HR operations and strategies. By providing support to members of the executive team, you’ll enjoy initiating strategic leadership to provide meaningful value to the business. The ability to communicate with the business and key stakeholders is vital.
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:
A strong foundation for developing and executing HR strategies including TA, employee engagement, strategy, and labour relations
Significant years of experience gained within the similar Retail / Consumer industry focusing on HR operations and strategy
The ability to maintain a commercial approach to every aspect of your role and lead from the front
Ability to work or currently based in Sabah
