Your new company

You will be joining a prestigious financial services company that has a presence across 20+ markets and serving more than 10 million customers around the world. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior IT SOX Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Your new role

• You will oversee the end-to-end SOX 404 annual process, including review of annual test plans and test results across IT general controls, IT applications controls etc.

• You will lead the implementation of ITGC framework, monitor regulatory changes affecting the ITGC assessments and recommend improvements, if required.

• You will lead the IT controls testing and ensure it is completed in a timely manner.

• You will be involved in managing and providing guidance to junior team members.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 8 years of IT Audit experience in Financial Services, MNC and/or Accounting Firm.

• Strong knowledge of SOX 404, IT Internal Controls and COBIT framework.

• Ability to work independently as well as in teams

• Good communication skills in English
