Your new role
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the MedTech business in Malaysia, overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Head in Hong Kong, your key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Leading and coaching a team across Sales, Technical, and Admin functions (5 direct reports).
Managing distributors and agencies to ensure alignment with company strategy and contractual obligations.
Driving market expansion and identifying new business opportunities for continued growth.
Collaborating with Supply Chain Management for accurate forecasting.
Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and implementing KOL management programs.
Overseeing technical service support to ensure effective device maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
Minimum 8 years of experience in the Medical Device industry.
Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support.
Prior experience handling IV pumps or blood-related products (advantageous but not essential).
Proven track record in financial management, P&L responsibility, and driving sales growth.
A degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
