Your New Role: -
  • Manage and administrate MDM infrastructure using Microsoft Intune.
  • Administrate and maintain the Exchange environment.
  • Oversaw the telephony system, leveraging Genesys and Teams solutions.
  • Maintain and administrate the Microsoft Skype and Microsoft Teams environments.
  • Provide second-level support through troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
  • Conduct testing and documentation for new functions and services.

What You’ll Need to Succeed: -
  • Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365.
  • Experienced in Skype, MS Teams and/or Genesys (Administrative level).
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience with MS Intune (Mobile Device Management).
  • Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken).
