A global supply chain company designed to support applications, including 4.0 Megatrend applications, IOT, 5G, and automotive technologies based in
Penang with a strong backing of more than 1,000 employees.

Your new role

• Lead and spearhead new project developments with a team of 6–10 engineers.
• Manage project deliveries, ensuring new features are up to standard with business requirements.
• Cross collaborate with other departments to ensure customer success and pursue business goals.
• Effectively communicate with cross-regional teams in the US with different time zones.

What you'll need to succeed

• Be based in Penang
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in C,C++ Programming Language.
• Leadership experience of up to 1-2 years leading around a team of 5 headcounts.
• Experience with Python, Linux, PC Bus Interfaces is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, English preferred.
