Your new role
As a Customer Service Senior Executive, you will manage interactions with B2B and B2C customers, ensuring a seamless experience from pre-sales enquiries to post-sales support. You’ll handle orders, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimise service. Through clear communication and proactive problem-solving, you’ll strengthen customer relationships and uphold your organisation’s commitment to excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Customer Service/Order Management within FMCG Distribution businesses.
- Experienced in preparing Purchase Orders, Invoices, COO, and other relevant documents for import & export.
- Well versed with shipping-related documents and requirements.
- Experienced working closely with other stakeholders based on customers’ requirements – production, sales, logistics and warehouse functions.
- Day-to-day customer service & order management problem-solving skills.
- Able to operate independently and proactively
- Effective communication skills in English are a must, both spoken and written.
