Sales Manager – Electronics Manufacturing (Penang-based)
A leading provider of advanced manufacturing solutions is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive or Sales Manager to strengthen its presence in Penang and spearhead growth initiatives across Malaysia, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.

Your new role

• Drive business development efforts across Penang, Johor, Singapore, and the broader SEA region by targeting growth sectors such as semiconductors, healthcare technology, and AI-driven manufacturing.

• Design and implement effective sales strategies through prospecting methods including cold calls, networking, and referrals.

• Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring consistent follow-ups and delivery of value-added solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Lead commercial discussions and develop pricing strategies that align with revenue targets and market dynamics.

• Cultivate long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, R&D, and operations to ensure successful project execution and delivery timelines.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 6 years of successful sales experience in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) sector, particularly within the semiconductor, medical, or industrial segments. (Penang)

• Alternatively, candidates from China with relevant EMS sales experience who are open to relocating and building a long-term career in Malaysia are encouraged to apply.

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential to managing cross-border clients and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with EMS offerings—such as wire harnessing, PCBA, die-cut parts, engineered materials, and printed label solutions—is a strong advantage.
