You will be working for a well-established industrial packaging solution (manufacturer) that is looking for a Sales Executive.

Your new role

• Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and aligned with internal capabilities.

• Manage and escalate customer complaints by initiating corrective or preventive actions, and follow through to ensure resolution and avoid recurrence.

• Ensure all technical specifications and service level expectations are accurately documented and effectively communicated to relevant internal teams.

• Foster strong, ongoing relationships with customers by providing prompt, reliable, and sincere support.

• Take ownership of monthly receivables, ensuring timely payment collection in accordance with agreed terms.

• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and promoting suitable product solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Has great connections with factory / industrial sector clients.

• Has packaging sales experience.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose a holistic solution.
