You will be working for one of the largest paper and packaging manufacturers in Malaysia and is looking for a Sales Manager (Perak).

Your new role

• Execute marketing and sales activities to achieve overall business and departmental targets.

• Develop accurate and reliable sales forecasts to support planning and decision-making.

• Gain a thorough understanding of product offerings to provide sound recommendations and guidance to customers and prospects.

• Process customer orders while coordinating with internal teams to confirm delivery capabilities.

• Capture customer requirements clearly and ensure they are communicated across relevant departments to align expectations and execution.

• Ensure timely collection of payments in line with agreed terms.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience is preferred, particularly in a similar industry (packaging).

• Strong communication skills with a good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, as the role involves regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
