A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Cloud Software Tester to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.

Your new role

• Designing and automating regression tests
• Conducting manual tests
• Contributing to a CT implementation approach
• Monitoring platform performance
• Delivering high-quality support

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other relevant fields
• 5+ years of experience in cloud support or automation engineering
• At least 3 years of software testing experience with
  • Automated Integration Testing using Cypress
  • Automated Integration Testing using Cucumber & Gherkin
  • API Testing
  • Working in a DevOps team
• At least a year of experience with
  • Testing mobile applications (PWA, Android, or IOS)
  • Load testing applications (JMeter or variants thereof)
  • Configuring and deploying on the Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Has a firm understanding of design principles such as STLC, BDD, OOPS
