You will be working for a Precision Engineering for Industrial Motion Solutions Company - Bearing as a Service Sales Engineer

Your new role

• At least 3 years of experience in rotating equipment.

• Identify and onboard certified partners within targeted, previously underserved market segments.

• Sustain strong working relationships with key end-users by collaborating closely with appointed channel partners.

• Dedicate approximately 60% of work time to on-site customer visits, nurturing connections with influential stakeholders across major organizations in the territory.

• Deliver technical sales presentations, evaluate asset longevity, and provide expert recommendations on maintenance schedules, replacement parts, and associated services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Holds an Engineering qualification—preferably in Mechanical or a closely related discipline—with at least three years of experience in areas like technical sales, business growth, or customer service support.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset in developing actionable approaches.
• Possesses effective communication skills in English, both written and for presentations.
