Your new company is a local home-grown brand that has various business units. It is a public-listed company in Bursa and an industry leader when it comes to conservation and respect for the environment. As the team is expanding, they are looking for a Senior Executive, IT Operations candidate to join their team in Central KL.

Your new role

• You will be performing M365 administrative tasks focusing on Intune, AD, Exchange and Sharepoint.

• You will come out with the annual IT budget.

• You will look into the tickets raised and provide a resolution within the expected time.

• You will ensure all systems assigned are ready for DR testing.

• You will ensure the IT systems, IT infrastructure and IT network are operating.

• You will provide L1-L2 troubleshooting on IT whenever required.

• You will be responsible for the Company's hardware and software inventory management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 6 years in an IT support role

• Have good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu

• Good analytical skills and provide solutions to issues
