Your new role

• Develop marketing strategies to enhance their real estate properties in the Johor region
  Identify and target the right market segments, based on customer demographics, needs, and buying behaviour.
• Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Seo and Sem to increase online visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive traffic to the company’s website and property listings.
• Organise and manage property-related events, exhibitions, and roadshows in Johor to increase brand presence.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within real estate or a similar industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales conversions.
