Your new role
- Lead sales initiatives to expand market presence for specialized electronic manufacturing solutions in a designated region.
- Execute sales strategies through in-person visits, virtual communications, and participation in industry-related events aligned with individual business plans or projects.
- Foster long-term relationships with current clients and actively identify opportunities to develop new accounts, enhancing brand visibility across the Asia market.
- Drive product awareness through strategic marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Deliver professional product presentations using available marketing resources, demonstrating commitment and a proactive approach toward uncovering new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at key industry exhibitions and conferences related to advanced manufacturing technologies to elevate brand positioning and showcase technical capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within a relevant industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is required; additional experience in semiconductor packaging, especially Flip Chip Technology, is a plus.
- Self-motivated and adaptable individual who can excel independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Valid Class 3 driving license.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across Asia, including China, for business engagements and training.
