Your new role

As Project Manager – Data & Analytics, you’ll be at the helm of large-scale data integration and delivery projects that span multiple geographies and cross-functional stakeholders. You will lead the planning, execution, and transition of systems, including CRM, MDM, and advanced analytics platforms.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to scope, compliant with GxP and audit standards, and aligned with global business strategy.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience delivering complex Data & Analytics or enterprise IT projects in a regulated (GxP or similar) environment
  • Strong grasp of governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and service transition planning
  • Confidence in managing cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Skilled in change management and driving user adoption in large-scale rollouts
  • Experience working with both internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to build consensus across regions
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, integration best practices, and audit readiness
