We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing team. This senior role blends strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support high-impact digital marketing efforts using the Adobe Campaign platform. You will serve as a key link between regional brand marketers, technical teams, and global clients - ensuring seamless campaign delivery, personalisation, and performance optimisation that drives measurable results.
Your new role
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design and run impactful email campaigns using Adobe Campaign, tailored to various stages of the customer journey.
- Implement automated, trigger-based workflows to nurture leads from initial interest to conversion.
- Configure segmentation and event-based triggers to deliver personalised campaign experiences.
- Manage campaign workflows and distribution lists, applying A/B testing and optimisation techniques to improve results.
Automation & Platform Management
- Oversee and enhance the marketing automation platform, including lead scoring, drip campaigns, and audience segmentation.
- Uphold best practices in email hygiene and list management to reduce opt-outs and maintain engagement.
- Resolve technical issues and continuously refine system performance for better campaign delivery.
Analytics & Optimisation
- Use data insights to drive targeted outreach across email and social channels, improving segmentation accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance to generate actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and refine strategies for improved marketing outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
- Provide strategic guidance to country and brand marketers on campaign execution and optimisation.
- Coordinate with international clients to ensure campaign alignment, performance tracking, and iterative improvements.
- Lead training sessions to enhance marketers’ skills in digital strategy and Adobe Campaign usage.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from planning to post-campaign analysis.
- Act as a liaison between regional teams and centralised support functions to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Deliver marketing initiatives on time and to a high standard of quality.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field (required).
3–4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and marketing automation.
Proven ability to manage international stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
Expertise in Adobe Campaign or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
