My client is a leading IB in Malaysia with a wide array of financial services and a diverse clientele in multiple industries. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their DCM team.

Your new role

• Lead the origination and execution of bonds and sukuk transactions
• Act as the key project manager overseeing end-to-end deal execution, ensuring timely and successful transaction closure.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated cash flow models and financial analyses to support the structuring and pricing of transactions.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including legal counsel, trustees, facility agents, tax advisers, and independent accountants.
• Conduct market research and pricing assessments to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and transaction efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Min. of 3–7 years of experience in Debt Markets in an Investment Bank
• CMSRL License
