Digital Transformation Manager Job Opening for a Market Leader in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry

Your new company

A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.


Your new role

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of product owners, data scientists and the digital excellence community in Asia Pacific, including country digital leads and global IT resources.
  • Lead the implementation of the digital strategies and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with the regional digital product family manager to develop a coherent ecosystem of digital tools for Asia Pacific.
  • Anchor customer journey and business process-based development of digital solutions in the Asia Pacific digital community
  • Collaborate closely with regional Customer Experience and Commercial Effectiveness Leads.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5 years of operative experience in a commercial role
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Experienced in customer excellence, B2C
