Their focus includes RE sources, energy efficiency technologies and sustainable power generation methods. They are in the midst of expanding their team as they acquire more assets in Malaysia and the region. Existingly, they own a total of 300MW in RE Assets with an additional 150MW in the pipeline.

Your new role

In this vital role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the management of our service team, handling project reporting, performance analysis, and ensuring effective maintenance programming.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring seamless functioning.

• Develop and enforce O&M procedures to meet regulatory standards.

• Manage solar and renewable energy assets, including a central control centre.

• Ensure optimal performance of the solar portfolio, meeting or exceeding forecasted production.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.

• Support Finance and Accounting in report and budget preparation for investors and lenders.

• Oversee compliance with contracts and manage relationships with stakeholders.
  
  What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• Passionate in the Renewable Energy Space

• Keen on developing the Asset Management team.

• Prior experience in renewable generation asset management.

• Ability to comprehend financial models and their operational implications.
