Your new role
As the Client Services Director – Enterprise Solutions Asia, you’ll be the face of Hays—internally and externally—leading the delivery of our contracted services across multiple enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll drive operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and lead service innovation across the region.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, and P&L ownership—ensuring quality outcomes, commercial success, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly influence client growth, retention, and the evolution of our enterprise offering.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Solutions, Asia, this is a full-time, permanent position based in Singapore.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a strategic leader who fosters a high-performance culture aligned with Hays values, while championing Enterprise Solutions initiatives across the region. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Asia and globally will be key to your success.
Your ability to attract, onboard, and develop internal talent will be matched by your commitment to effective training and performance management. You’ll set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and recognise achievements to drive individual and team success.
Strong relationship management skills are essential, as you’ll ensure our services meet client strategic objectives and represent Hays with professionalism in all interactions with candidates, clients, and suppliers.
You’ll also be responsible for setting the strategic direction of key client accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering with senior stakeholders to expand our footprint.
Operationally, you’ll ensure robust contract governance, maintain accurate documentation of client agreements and changes, and communicate fee structures clearly across internal teams.
