Your new role

You will serve as a senior individual contributor, driving proactive and reactive cybersecurity efforts across the organization. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic influence, without direct people management responsibilities.

• Leading threat hunting initiatives to identify and mitigate advanced threats across networks, endpoints, and applications.
• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex incident investigations involving sophisticated threat actors and tactics.
• Performing forensic analysis, malware reverse engineering, and network packet inspection.
• Designing and implementing automation workflows, playbooks, and detection logic within SIEM and other platforms.
• Mentoring and guiding junior analysts and specialists, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, including threat hunting, incident response, and digital forensics.

• Strong technical expertise in network and host-based analysis, SIEM tools, and security automation.

• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of cyber threat intelligence, vulnerabilities, and regulatory frameworks.
