Your new role

In this job, you will be responsible to lead a large Cashless Claims team and working closely with the internal stakeholders to provide excellent services. You will be expected to be involved in process improvement projects to improve productivity and quality of claims delivery. Conducting claims review and reviewing business plans will be a constant in this position, as well as reviewing and approving certain claims transactions within your granted authority for all portfolios to optimise service levels and contribute to profits.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Life Insurance - Healthcare/ Cashless Claims
• An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills in managing a big team
• The ability to maintain a commercial approach to every aspect of your role and lead from the front
