Your new role

This role will sit in the company's Rewards advisory arm. You will design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs for US/UK-based organisations. You will also analyse market trends and provide strategic recommendations for clients to enhance employee satisfaction and organisational performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–7 years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on Rewards

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• A self-starter mindset with a hunger to learn and evolve

• Exposure to Total Rewards design (e.g., salary benchmarking, incentive plans, job evaluation)
