The system consists of aluminium alloy frame panels that are quick and easy to erect, making it ideal for mass housing projects due to its fast construction rate, cost-effectiveness, and ability to deliver high-quality, durable structures.
For over three decades, the company has expanded its business through numerous projects worldwide, gaining extensive global experience in various types of construction, both residential and commercial. It has evolved into a leading supplier of formwork systems, known for its best practices. The company operates international branch offices in South Korea (headquarters), India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Brazil, with factories located in South Korea, India, and Malaysia.

Your new role

The role involves developing new clients and penetrating the Malaysian market for business opportunities, managing projects and sales strategies, and conducting market analysis to identify needs, products, and competitors. Responsibilities include ensuring full payment from customers, negotiating with clients on product supply, managing payment schedules, production, and transportation, and addressing daily site issues both commercially and technically. The position requires a strategic approach and a passion for delivering results.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the rental business of scaffolding, heavy machinery, or related construction materials in Malaysia. Preferred qualifications include experience in the System Formwork Industry, an academic degree in Marketing, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and project management experience with a strong understanding of design, production, and delivery workflows.
