You will be spearheading opportunities, identifying risks and proposing land to the senior management for their consideration.


What you'll need to succeed

At least 10 years of land acquisition and business development skills with a strong understanding of the property and real estate industry across Malaysia.

You must be well-spoken, able to present, negotiate well.
Market analysis will fall under your portfolio.
