Chargeman (BO) – Property / Facilities Management

• Oversee, operate, and maintain high-voltage electrical systems (11kV & 33kV).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Manage contractors and vendors for electrical works.
• Support overall facility operations for smooth mall performance.

• Possess a valid Chargeman B0 certification (A4 Chargeman pursuing B0 may also be considered).
• Proven experience handling 11kV and 33kV systems.
• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and electrical safety regulations.
• Good communication and leadership skills, able to liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
