This global healthcare solutions provider plays a vital role in supporting medical, and industrial supply chains across more than 80 countries. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and rapid response to global demands, they have established a robust shared services hub in Malaysia. Due to internal restructuring and regional expansion, they are urgently seeking a hands-on AP Supervisor to lead their Accounts Payable team in Malaysia.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the global finance team, you will:
  • Oversee the full AP cycle, including 3-way matching, invoice processing, and payments.
  • Lead and guide a team of 3–5 AP staff, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
  • Liaise with international stakeholders, including country heads, to resolve queries.
  • Monitor vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong payment controls.
  • Drive process improvements and support ERP upgrades (Business Central preferred).
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data for reporting and month-end closing.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in AP, preferably in a shared services setup.
  • Proven expertise in payment processing, matching, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; Business Central experience is an added advantage.
  • Able to start within 1 month (immediate availability highly preferred).
