Your new role
Service Delivery: Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, and security. Services include hardware and software focusing on M365, Azure VDI and Intune.
Requirements & Processes: Understand business and functional requirements, execute IT service management processes, and automate where possible.
Contract & Performance Management: Monitor and report on partner and supplier commitments, measure service health, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Incident & Risk Management: Resolve incidents quickly, lead major incident resolutions, and manage operational risks.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with policies, maintain up-to-date documentation, and support handover to operations.
Financial Management: Control budget and spending, ensure correct allocation keys, and report regularly.
Governance & Reviews: Define and execute governance policies, perform regular service reviews, and implement the service roadmap.
What you'll need to succeedMinimum of 4 years in an IT Service Delivery role
Proficient in O365 products
Proficient in Azure Virtual Desktop
Must have ITIL certificate
Familiar with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
