Your new role

• Provide functional and technical support for MES and shop floor systems, including mentoring and
• Assist in providing development and technical support for MES and shop floor systems.
• Work closely with MES Lead to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand business needs and contribute to system improvements.
• Learn and apply IT processes such as system development life cycle (SDLC) and basic governance frameworks.
• Gain exposure to technologies like .NET, JavaScript, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing operations and support during off-hours when required.
• Support system upgrades and migration activities under guidance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in MES or Software Engineering.
• Basic understanding of MES systems and manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to support and improve user experience.
