Your new role

Your new role will require you to take on 3 major responsibilities for the organisation:

• Leadership
  • You will be tasked to lead and give technical direction to the team that will be managing the platform (AWS Cloud, CICD Pipelines, Microservices and tec.)
  • Working with cross-functional teams
• Strategy
  • You will be the key person in setting the technical direction and strategizing the overall adoption for the best DevOps practices throughout the organization.
  • Plan, implement and test the improvements in platform/cloud/DevOps.
• Technical and hands-on capabilities.
  • You must still be hands-on to ensure that you can get your hands dirty in the technical work as and when needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have experience leading teams and setting technical strategy/direction.

• Must be able to work with stakeholders globally and locally.

• Must have hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Platform.

• Must have experience in DevOps (CICD Pipelines, Microservices, Infra as Code and etc.)

• Must know SDLC
