Your New Role
In your new role within the property sector, you will lead transformation through strategic branding, market expansion, and innovative product launches—driving collaboration across teams to shape future-ready communities and deliver timeless value in real estate. Your leadership will ensure every property reflects enduring quality, community relevance, and long-term investment potential.

What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this role, you will possess:
  • A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the property development industry.
  • Ability to multitask, be well-organised and excellent at time management in handling multiple projects.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
